Railside Christmas Tree Transported to Amur Plaza
The City of Grand Island is pleased to announce that this year’s Railside Christmas tree has officially arrived in downtown Grand Island. Crews removed a Colorado Blue Spruce then prepared and transported it to its new holiday home at Amur Plaza.

GIUD completed 2,869 fire hydrant checks in the fall of 2024.
